Fixes around using bare jid for roster and chats.

- Make sure the bare jid is used as roster contact id.
- Save the resource when creating a new roster contact
- In getWrappedChatBox, get roster item by bare jid
- In getWrappedChatBox, make sure the chat box is created from bare jid
